Job Description:

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CRNA for a locum tenens opportunity in Eastern Wyoming starting June 15, 2026. This position covers two facilities with a wide variety of cases.

Locations & Schedule

• Primary Site: Critical Access Hospital in Douglas, WY (25 beds, Level III Trauma)
• Secondary Site: Surgical hospital in Casper, WY (approx. 45 minutes away)
• Wide range of cases including OB, Neurosurgery, Spine, Ortho, General Surgery, and more.

Candidate Requirements

• Active Wyoming license or IMLC eligibility
• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications required
• Strong skills in: General Anesthesia (Adult & Peds), Epidural & Spinal Anesthesia, Obstetrics, Neurosurgery, Spine cases, Bronchoscopy, and invasive/non-invasive ventilation management
• Must enter hours in the Vemsta platform

Facility Highlights This opportunity includes a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with ~250 deliveries per year and a surgical specialty hospital. Both sites offer a broad case mix including OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Spine, Neurosurgery, and General Surgery in a rural Wyoming setting.
