xLocums is thrilled to announce the appointment of Alicia Calloway as Executive Director, effective January 22, 2025. With over 15 years of expertise in healthcare advocacy, staffing, and operational management, Alicia brings a visionary approach to solving healthcare staffing challenges.
As a passionate advocate for underserved communities, Alicia’s experience includes managing grant funding and spearheading rural healthcare initiatives. During her tenure with the Rural Health Association of Tennessee, she developed innovative strategies that improved operational efficiency and expanded access to care.
Driving xLocums’ Mission Forward
In her new role, Alicia will focus on connecting healthcare providers with facilities in need, enhancing access to care for underserved communities, and driving xLocums’ commitment to service excellence. Her leadership will be pivotal in bridging gaps in healthcare access nationwide.
