Brianne Thackrey Named Executive Director at xLocums to Lead Operational Excellence

xLocums is pleased to announce the appointment of Brianne Thackrey as Executive Director, effective March 2026. With deep operational expertise and nearly eight years of progressive leadership in healthcare staffing, Brianne brings hands-on experience and a proven track record to guide the company’s next phase.
Brianne joined xLocums in January 2025 as Vice President of Client Services and quickly exceeded performance expectations across multiple locum tenens specialties. Prior to joining xLocums, she built more than eight years of progressive healthcare leadership experience at a national physician staffing group. Most recently, she served for more than two years as Vice President of Emergency & Hospital Medicine Operations, where she led high-performance operational execution across multiple hospital contracts.
Driving Operational Excellence Forward
In her new role as Executive Director, Brianne will oversee all aspects of xLocums’ operations and provide strategic leadership across the entire company. She will focus on driving organizational performance, ensuring key performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction for both hospital clients and physicians/providers.
